Arthur Noel Parrish, a 50-year-old man, was last seen on the morning of April 5, 2019, at the Freedom Mission in Logansport, Louisiana. Originally from DeRidder, Louisiana, Parrish had only recently moved to Logansport a few months before his disappearance. On the day he vanished, Parrish did not have a vehicle with him, and there has been no trace of him since. His case remains unsolved, and few details about his disappearance have emerged.
