Arthur Noel Parrish was fifty years old when he was last seen on the morning of April 5, 2019, in Logansport, Louisiana. Originally from DeRidder, Louisiana, he had relocated to Logansport only a few months before he went missing. The last known location where he was seen was the Freedom Mission in Logansport.
