The disappearance of Richard L. Baskin began on a winter day in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On January 9, 2021, the 68-year-old man was last seen along a busy commercial corridor, in the 6400 block of Airline Highway. The circumstances of his last known moments were specific; he was seen getting into a yellow cab. At the time, he was dressed in a khaki jacket and jogging pants.
