Brandy Lee Winkler, a 38-year-old woman, was last seen on May 18, 2019, in the Armistead Gardens area of Baltimore, Maryland. She had been staying in a homeless encampment in the wooded areas near Armistead Gardens with her partner, Christopher Brown, and two other individuals. According to Brown, when he awoke that morning, Brandy was no longer there. A missing persons report was filed four days later, on May 22, 2019.
