Brandy Lee Winkler, a 38-year-old woman, was last seen on May 18, 2019, in the Armistead Gardens area of Baltimore, Maryland. She had been staying in a homeless encampment in the wooded areas near Armistead Gardens with her partner, Christopher Brown, and two other individuals. According to Brown, when he awoke that morning, Brandy was no longer there. A missing persons report was filed four days later, on May 22, 2019.
Brandy is described as 5'7" and around 118-120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She also has distinguishing marks, including a cyst on the left side of her jaw, several scars from previous surgeries, and pierced ears. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing light blue jeans, a white tank top, a pink long-sleeved t-shirt, a black hooded jacket, and white Nike Air Force One shoes.
Despite efforts from law enforcement, including the Baltimore Police Department, few details have emerged about her case, and she has not been seen or heard from since.
