In the autumn of 2019, a daughter, sister, and friend named Kelly Irene Clinton vanished from St. Charles, Missouri. At 51 years old, Kelly was last seen on October 23rd, after being dropped off in the vicinity of Elm Point Industrial Drive and Huster Road. While she was experiencing homelessness at the time, Kelly was known for maintaining close and frequent contact with her family through her cell phone.
