On November 9, 2019, a 33-year-old man named Richard Thurman Hitchcock vanished under perplexing circumstances in rural Oklahoma. His last known whereabouts were in the small town of Grandfield, in Tillman County. That day began with an encounter with a local farmer who saw Richard walking in a field northwest of Davidson, Oklahoma. Richard explained to the farmer that he had run out of gas.
