Eduardo Garcia, a 48-year-old man from Carlsbad, California, was last seen on March 20, 2023. According to reports, Garcia had plans to travel to Marco Plaza in Tijuana, Mexico, and was last spotted in Colonia Reforma in Tijuana. Following his disappearance, his black Mercedes was found abandoned in a parking lot and subsequently towed. Since then, his family has not seen or heard from him.
