James Wayne Sellars, 59, went missing on November 29, 2005, after setting off on a solo fishing trip off the coast of San Diego, California. His fishing boat was later discovered by the U.S. Coast Guard, abandoned about five miles west of Mission Bay. Onboard, they found his flip-flops and wallet, but no trace of Sellars himself.
