Phillip Cabot Lloyd Martin, a 47-year-old man from Stockton, California, disappeared on September 30, 1993, under suspicious circumstances. On the day he vanished, he had driven his ex-wife to work but never returned to pick up his daughters from school, raising immediate concern.
