Yvonne Martinez, age 50, was last seen on October 15, 1993, at her daughter's home in Oceanside, California. Shortly before her disappearance, Yvonne had accepted a job as a live-in caretaker in Laguna Hills, though the exact location of this job remains unknown. Described as a woman who frequently traveled and lived in various places, including the Fiji Islands and South America, Yvonne had a habit of staying in regular contact with her family. However, concern arose when she did not reach out to her family over the Christmas holidays or for birthdays, which was out of character for her.
Physically, Yvonne is described as 5'5" tall, weighing 150 pounds, with long, straight auburn hair and blue eyes. She also wore plastic-rimmed glasses at the time of her disappearance. Despite efforts from family and authorities, no significant leads have emerged since she vanished, and her case remains unsolved.
The Oceanside Police Department continues to investigate the case, urging anyone with information to come forward.
