Yannilet "Yanni" Ledesma, a 31-year-old Hispanic woman, was last seen by her family in February 2021 during a visit to Oceanside, California. Her last social media post was on March 16, 2021, and she has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Ledesma was described as being 5'3" tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has several distinguishing tattoos, including three stars on the underside of her right wrist, a three-dimensional peace sign on her left wrist, a teardrop next to her left eye, and a Los Angeles Chargers lightning bolt on her left side. She also has piercings on her left eyebrow and the left side of her nose.
Ledesma's family reported that she was transient in the United States. They believed she might have been staying with a boyfriend in Mexico. Few details have been made public regarding the investigation into her disappearance. The Oceanside Police Department is the investigating agency for her case.
