Johnny Moreno Herrera, a 31-year-old man, was last seen on July 9, 1994, in McFarland, California. He was reportedly riding his bicycle while visiting family in the area. Johnny had developmental disabilities, though he was able to care for himself. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as 5'7" tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also had scars on his chest and upper lip, likely from a cleft palate.
