Richard Lee Green, a 37-year-old man, went missing from Hampton, Virginia, on January 24, 1995. On that day, he was scheduled to leave from the Hampton Greyhound Bus Station at 6:30 PM, but he never picked up his ticket, and he has not been seen since. At the time of his disappearance, Green was described as 5'8" tall, weighing around 130 pounds, with black hair and tattoos on his right arm reading "Carmelita" and "Georgia."
