Sigifredo Jaramillo, age 48, was last seen on July 28, 1996, at Sunny Isles Beach in Miami, Florida. On that day, he left his residence and was never heard from again. Jaramillo, who worked odd jobs as a carpet-layer and auto mechanic, typically kept in regular contact with his family and would return pages promptly, which made his sudden disappearance all the more alarming.
