Yohannes Arronte-Valdez, age 28, was last seen on October 15, 2008, when he left Miami, Florida, on a boat trip to Cuba with a friend. During their journey, their boat sank. While Arronte-Valdez's friend was rescued from an uninhabited island, Yohannes was never found, and he is presumed lost at sea. Despite efforts by search and rescue teams, no trace of him or his remains has been discovered.
