On April 25, 2001, 80-year-old Jan Stasiak was last seen in the Bronx, New York. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, standing at five feet three inches tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds. He had white hair and blue eyes. When he was last seen, he was wearing a brown coat and black pants. His case was handled by the New York City Police Department's Missing Persons Squad.
