In the late summer of 2015, a sense of unease began to settle over the family and friends of Luis Miguel Nunez Otais. At 31 years old, Luis was a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 120 pounds.
