Helen Chen, a 19-year-old woman, was last seen on November 6, 2015, in San Francisco, California. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as an Asian female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5'8" tall and weighing around 120 pounds. Helen also wore eyeglasses.
