Archie Jean Chapman, a 36-year-old African American male from Muskogee, Oklahoma, was last seen on September 21, 2016. On that day, he took his girlfriend to work but did not return to pick her up as scheduled. When his girlfriend returned home, she found a note from Archie stating that he was leaving Oklahoma. This note is the last known contact between Archie and his girlfriend.
