In the community of Covington, Kentucky, concern grew for the well-being of Memphis Paul Harris, a 17-year-old who was reported missing. The last confirmed sighting of the teenager was in a park located at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Rivercenter Boulevard. At the time he was last seen, Memphis was wearing a white t-shirt and shorts that were either gray or black. He had blond hair and hazel eyes.
