Bruce Wise, 61, was last seen on September 15, 2018, at a relative's home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has not been heard from since that day. Described as a Black male, standing 5'6" and weighing approximately 150 pounds, Bruce had graying black hair and brown eyes.
