In the small community of Rayland, Ohio, a quiet Sunday in the early autumn of 2018 marked the beginning of a prolonged and sorrowful mystery for the family of Howard Frederick Strupe. Known affectionately as 'Hank' to his friends and loved ones, the 54-year-old man was last seen on September 23rd of that year.
