Howard Frederick Strupe, a 54-year-old man from Rayland, Ohio, was last seen on September 23, 2018. He lived on Country Road 28 at the time of his disappearance. Strupe, who went by the nickname "Hank," had tattoos on his chest, back, and both forearms. He was 5'11" tall and weighed around 170 pounds. Strupe suffered from depression, adding further concern to his case.
