Bernard Lipscomb, 54, went missing on December 1, 2018, under unusual circumstances. While traveling in a family member's vehicle along I-95 near 79th Street in Miami, Florida, Lipscomb unexpectedly exited the vehicle and disappeared on foot. Despite extensive efforts to locate him, he has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Lipscomb had no known physical or mental disabilities, though authorities mentioned that he might be in need of services.
