Mr. Taylor was an elderly man who lived in government housing here in the city limits of Jasper. He was known to walk through the woods to Wal-mart and sometimes he would just be seen walking the streets. He did have a car and it was located after his disappearance on or near some property belonging to a niece. She stated she borrowed the car around October 13th. No one has seen or heard from him since October 24, 2019.
