Charles "Andy" Lamkin, age 38, was last seen on March 22, 2024, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was reported missing from the 3000 block of Poplar Level Road, and concerns for his well-being arose due to possible health issues and signs of disorientation. Family and authorities believe he may have been attempting to reach Shepherdsville, Kentucky, as there was a reported sighting of him in the 8600 block of National Turnpike on March 23.
