She was traveling with her parents in a car between Casamero Lake and Prewitt, New Mexico, when she asked them to stop. Upon stopping, Tamickia exited the vehicle and walked away, and she has not been seen or heard from since.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black pullover shirt, black Dickies pants, and black Converse shoes, and she may have been carrying a pink backpack.
Tamickia, known by her nickname "Minna," is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation. She has distinctive features, including a tattoo of the word "LOVE" on her left index finger and a scar on her right bicep. She also has a history of ingrown toenails on her left foot, and although she requires prescription glasses, it's unclear if she had them with her at the time. Her sudden disappearance has left few clues, and investigators have not been able to gather significant leads since she walked away that day.
