In the early morning hours of December 16, 2019, in Klamath Falls, Oregon, 22-year-old Ethan Swiger was last seen. A family member had dropped him off at the Klamath Falls Gospel Mission. It was noted that it was unusual for Ethan to not keep in touch with his family. Later, between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m., he approached a Holiday Market to use the restroom but was turned away as the business had not yet opened. An employee suggested he use the public facilities at a nearby city park located at Main and 11th Streets. At the time of his disappearance, Ethan was wearing a brown sweatshirt, camouflage pants, and a distinctive yellow rain slicker. Ethan is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing at approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 165 pounds. He has several distinguishing physical characteristics that stem from a car accident in his youth, which left him with a number of health challenges. He walks with a pronounced limp, and his right arm has a noticeable bend or drop at the wrist, which, along with limited use of his hands, are significant identifiers. Additionally, Ethan has a tattoo of a cancer ribbon on his left calf. He was known to frequent places like Albertson's and the Gospel Mission in Klamath Falls. Reports indicated that prior to his disappearance, he had mentioned the possibility of traveling to Grants Pass, Oregon. The circumstances surrounding Ethan Swiger's disappearance remain unclear, with very few details available to the public. The Klamath Falls Police Department has been investigating his case. Despite the passage of time, his case remains open. The lack of any substantial leads or new information has left his family and the community with many unanswered questions.
