In the summer of 1984, in the city of Klamath Falls, Oregon, a 15-year-old boy named William Dale Gunn, often called Billy, vanished without a trace. On the morning of June 16th, Billy, a Caucasian male with brown hair, blue eyes, and a distinctive half-moon-shaped scar on his forehead, was spending time with his stepfather.
