Phillip Tate, age 67, disappeared on February 25, 2020, from Riverside, California. He was last seen around 5:30 p.m. visiting his mother-in-law at the Westmont Village Retirement Facility near Arnold Drive. Tate, who suffered from dementia and diabetes, walked away from the facility and has not been seen since. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a green shirt and khaki pants.
