Fidelmar Liborio Cadenas, a 10-month-old infant, was last seen on November 28, 2006, in Riverside, California. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Liborio Cadenas, during a supervised visit at the Mountain Shadows Special Kids Home. Fidelmar had been placed in the care home due to felony abuse and neglect allegations against his parents.
