Fidelmar Liborio Cadenas was a 10-month-old Hispanic male infant when he was last seen on November 28, 2006, in Riverside, California. At the time, he was living at Mountain Shadows Special Kids Home, a care home for children with special needs, after being removed from his mother's custody because of felony abuse and neglect concerns.
