Eric Shields, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2019, in Cincinnati, OH. He was found shot in the West End neighborhood around 11:15 p.m. on that Saturday night. First responders took him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
