Armando Valenzuela Munoz, a 21-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, California, has been missing since April of 1997. He was last seen in Riverside, California, upon his release from the Robert Presley Detention Center. His family has not seen or heard from him since that time. At the time of his disappearance, Munoz was 5'7" tall and weighed approximately 165 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
At the time he went missing, Munoz was known to use PCP and alcohol, and as a result, suffered from memory loss. Few other details are available in connection with his case.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Office is the investigating agency for this case. The most recent publicly available photograph of Munoz was taken in August 1993, four years before he vanished.
