Armando Valenzuela Munoz, a 21-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, California, has been missing since April of 1997. He was last seen in Riverside, California, upon his release from the Robert Presley Detention Center. His family has not seen or heard from him since that time. At the time of his disappearance, Munoz was 5'7" tall and weighed approximately 165 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
