Detreck Julian Foster, age 37, was last seen in Independence, Kansas, around April 1, 2020. He disappeared without contacting any of his family or friends, which was highly unusual given his close relationship with them. Concerned, his family reported him missing on May 12, 2020, after he failed to reach out to his mother on Mother's Day, an absence they found alarming.
Foster had a distinctive surgical scar on his chest from a heart surgery, a scar near his nose, and several tattoos, including "DEJANAE" on his arm, "FOO" on his abdomen, and dice on his arm.
Although few details about the circumstances of his disappearance are publicly known, investigators strongly suspect foul play, and his case is being treated as a probable homicide. Despite the ongoing investigation by local authorities and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), no significant leads have been found, and a reward has been offered for information that might lead to an arrest.
Foster’s case remains open, and law enforcement continues to seek tips from the public to help solve the mystery of his disappearance.Last Seen: Apr 1, 2020
