Mark Allen, a 59-year-old man, was last seen on April 7, 2020, in South Beach, Staten Island, New York. He had been discharged from Richmond University Medical Center (RUMC) at around 1:00 a.m., but after leaving the hospital, he never returned home. At the time of his disappearance, there were no clear indications of where he might have gone, leaving his intended destination unknown. Mark is described as an African-American man, standing at 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds.
