Kevin Eugene Payne, a 47-year-old man from New Smyrna Beach, Florida, was last seen on May 28, 2020. After reportedly heading to Daytona Beach, Payne vanished without a trace, and his whereabouts have remained unknown since. He was officially reported missing by a relative nearly a month later, on June 24, 2020.
