In the late summer of 2020, concern grew for the welfare of 39-year-old Kelly Kaps, who was last seen in Paterson, New Jersey. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a white female with hazel eyes and brown, shoulder-length hair. She stood between five feet six inches and five feet eight inches tall.
