On August 25, 2020, 64-year-old Carol Renee Carter was last seen at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the 18000 block of Charity Lane in Accokeek, Maryland. She left her residence driving her silver 2014 Buick Regal with Florida license plate number HGWJ16. Since that morning, neither Carol nor her vehicle have been seen again. Concerns for her well-being were heightened due to pre-existing medical conditions; Carol has epilepsy and high blood pressure and was believed to be without her medication. He ...
