Heather Jean Johnson, an 18-year-old from Glen Burnie, Maryland, was last seen on August 4, 1999. Before her disappearance, Heather had been charged with an attempted murder plot against her boyfriend and employer. After posting a $300,000 bail, she vanished and became a fugitive. Heather was known to work as an exotic dancer in Baltimore and other cities, leading investigators to believe she may have fled to continue her work in places like Atlantic City, New Jersey.
