In the autumn of 2023, concern began to grow for the welfare of Timothy Mears, a 44-year-old man who was last seen in the Boulder, Colorado area around October 1st. Timothy, who had been experiencing homelessness for many years, had a consistent and reassuring habit of checking in with his family.
