Barbara Nellie Lunsford, a 23-year-old woman from Lexington, Kentucky, was last seen on October 12, 1963. She had left her home near Short Street and Georgetown Street to attend a medical appointment at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Barbara was supposed to take a bus to the appointment but never arrived and has not been heard from since.
