Jason William Boulton, a 15-year-old boy from St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, went missing on August 29, 1989, while visiting Youngstown, New York. He was last seen near Twelve Mile Creek, and authorities believe he may have accidentally drowned. Despite extensive search efforts, his body was never recovered, and it is suspected that he might have been carried out into Lake Ontario.
