Lyndsay McKinney, a 34-year-old male, disappeared on July 5, 1991, while sailing on Lake Ontario near Youngstown, New York. On the day he vanished, Lyndsay was approximately 3.5 to 4 miles north of Fort Niagara. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black long-sleeved rugby jersey, khaki shorts, and a yellow rain jacket but was notably not wearing any shoes.
