Daniel Sampson, age 71, was last seen on October 30, 1994, in Yakima, Washington. He disappeared while on a solo hunting trip near the Wilson Charlie-Dry Creek area, which was one of his favorite spots. Sampson, a well-known tribal leader in the Yakama community, left for the outing but never returned.
