Gilbert Chavez, a 52-year-old man, was last seen by his family in Anaheim, California, around August 2, 2007. Chavez, who was known to be homeless, was believed to be living between Anaheim and Santa Ana during the time of his disappearance. His family, however, did not report him missing until 2013, indicating that contact with him had been sporadic in the years leading up to his disappearance.
