Phillip Matthew Munoz, a 27‑year‑old Hispanic male from Anaheim, California disappeared on March 30, 2014. At the time he stood approximately 5′3″ tall and weighed around 120 lb. He had black hair and brown eyes, and a distinctive birthmark on the right side of his neck. On the day he vanished, he was reportedly wearing a white T‑shirt, black shorts, and black shoes.
