Dung Nguyen, a 48-year-old man, was last seen on February 11, 2017, in Westminster, California. His cousin reported him missing after not hearing from him for approximately two years. Dung was reportedly homeless at the time of his disappearance and may have suffered from an undiagnosed mental illness.
