Binh Cong Ta, a 20-year-old man, disappeared on December 24, 2000, from Westminster, California. He was last seen on Christmas Eve, wearing a black baseball cap, blue shirt, white long-sleeved undershirt, black pants, and a jacket. Binh had a distinctive tattoo of his last name, "Ta," on his upper back. At the time of his disappearance, he stood about 5'4" and weighed between 115 and 130 pounds.
