Phillip Seth Perez, a 45-year-old man, was last seen on May 23, 2019, in Abilene, Texas. On that day, he clocked out of his shift at Taco Bueno, located on North Judge Ely Boulevard, and has not been seen since. Perez was reported missing by his family after he failed to return home, and the Abilene Police Department initiated a public search for him in early June of that year.
