Rodolfo “Rudy” Ramirez, a 74-year-old man with dementia, went missing on July 6, 2019, while camping with his wife at Crow Creek on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming. Rudy was last seen wearing a blue and gray Columbia jacket, a white dress shirt, black jeans, and black dress shoes. He had wandered away from the campsite and never returned.
