Jack Carr, a 52-year-old millionaire onion farmer from Pasco, Washington, disappeared on June 4, 1997, while navigating his new 60-foot yacht on the Columbia River. Carr was aboard the vessel with his wife, child, and three friends when he apparently fell overboard.
