Tor Robert Bilet, a 21-year-old from Woodinville, Washington, went missing on October 22, 2004, after setting out to visit a friend in Sisters, Oregon. He left his mother's home the previous day, driving a black 1988 Chevrolet truck with custom modifications, including a white roof and Cadillac taillights.
